Reuben Vassar, 2019-2021
Reuben worked with a MultiFilter Rotating Shadowband Radiometer (MFRSR) for his masters degree in Atmospheric Science which he obtained in 2021. He, along with his team, installed the MFRSR instrument on a tower at the Pinnacles site in Shenendoah National Park. A laptop and webcam were also set up in conjunction with the MFRSR to allow for remote monitoring of the instrument. His research presented at the AMS 20th Annual Student Conference was selected as a winner of the Outstanding Student Conference Poster Award: Graduate. See the poster of his work here.
