Nehemiah Gray 2023-2024
During this internship experience, Nehemiah has learned more about atmospheric science, whether it be building weather stations or understanding the intricacies of climate change, there is always something new there to find. The internship has helped him to find an interest in data analysis as it is a simple, yet boundless field to work in. Here is his poster.
Other than the internship, Nehemiah has finally produced something of worth from his interest in music production and has tried making advances in video production/content creation.
Nehemiah will be attending college as a freshman at Bowie State University, studying as a computer science major to further his academic and forthcoming professional career in stem.

Kendra Nketsiah 2023-2024
During Kendra internship at Howard University's Atmospheric Research Laboratory, she worked on analyzing the data collected during the Summer 2023 Bolivian Campaign, to observe the movement of particulate matter between the city of La Paz and the center elevation site on Mt. Chacaltaya as it pertains to the Mountain Chimney Effect. As an intern, she learned how to code and create graphs using Wolfram Mathematica and she was in charge of updating the Campaign website. Kendra graduated from Eleanor Roosevelt Highschool's Science & Technology Program in 2024. She is now attending University of Maryland majoring in Pre-Nursing & Psychology.
